Sales Colleague – Warrington, Currys, Warrington. Permanent, Full Time and Part Time. 8-39 hours per week, with flexibility to work additional hours. £12.21 per hour plus an average bonus per hour of 89p (rising to £12.51 on successful completion of probation period).
As a Retail Sales Colleague you will join a team focused on delivering great service. New colleagues attend a two to three day induction (virtual or at our academy in Fort Dunlop, Birmingham) to gain skills to sell, serve and support customers. You will have the chance to test the latest products and learn to provide top-notch recommendations.
Our Sales Colleagues work flexibly across our opening hours, typically including Saturdays and Sundays. Stores are open 7 days a week generally between 9am and 8pm, with local variations.
Responsibilities- Asking the right questions to match customers with products.
- Making every customer interaction memorable.
- Offering support services like delivery and installation, recycling and ways to pay.
- Contributing towards the overall sales performance of the store.
- Working across different departments and product ranges.
- Supporting the running of the store by completing operational tasks.
