  • Collaborate closely with data & insight teams to support both tactical decisions and longer‑term CRM strategy.
  • Manage CRM platforms, automation and tooling, including configuration, workflow design and project scoping, ensuring stable, accurate and scalable delivery.
  • Oversee key strategic partners and platforms, driving incremental ROI and operational quality.
  • Represent CRM at senior leadership forums, providing updates, insights and recommendations to SLT.
  • Line‑manage a team of CRM Managers and Leads, supporting capability development, process improvement and overall team growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (preferred) and Adobe, including data structures, workflow logic, journey orchestration and QA processes.
  • Developing and owning robust test‑and‑learn programmes, analysing performance, identifying insights and shaping new strategies to improve core KPIs.
  • Providing critical and strategic review of creative, data and targeting briefs, ensuring all CRM output is customer‑centric, brand‑aligned and commercially sound.
  • Experienced in hybrid working environments, including remote project management, cross‑functional collaboration and virtual delivery.
  • Hands‑on experience with Movable Ink, and a CMS (template design tool).
  • Background in mobile, telecoms or retail industries — ideally within subscription‑based businesses.
  • People management experience of a large team (ideally 3 or more), demonstrating performance improvements.
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent in relevant field.
  • Practical, execution‑level involvement in an ESP migration, ideally Salesforce Marketing Cloud (e.g., data mapping, workflow rebuilds, QA, cutover support).
  • Alternative channels – WhatsApp & RCS.
