The Assistant GTM Manager will be responsible for supporting Senior Managers across our GTM (Go-to-Market) & Planning function. You’ll support the planning and coordination of our through-the-line marketing campaigns, as well as the planning of supplier funded activity. You’ll support day-to-day planning across the full channel mix, as well as helping to propose new opportunities to our manufacturers for new and exciting marketing campaigns.
Role overview:
- Supporting GTM Manager with day-to-day coordination of our Go-To-Market function to facilitate the central planning of marketing campaigns and business projects/initiatives.
- Engage with stakeholders across various channels (including Advertising, PR, Social, Online, CRM, Affiliates/PPC) to aid delivery across marketing campaigns, supporting with individual channel requirements.
- Work closely with trading teams to understand commercial objectives (both acquisition and retentions), aligning on campaign goals, channel steering and delivery plans.
- Manage the creation and status of campaign tickets, ensuring the briefing details, planning milestones, channel steering, creative messaging and channel status are up to date.
- Identify ways-of-working to improve efficiency of campaign planning and execution, by introducing and aiding new processes that smoothen campaign rollouts and improve wider engagement from channels.
- Supporting with the development of supplier funded marketing activity (new product launches, in-life campaigns and retentions plans) by assembling exciting and compelling marketing proposals that bring in incremental marketing budget.
- Own campaign admin, including the collation of briefing forms, status notes, delivery timelines and post-campaign analysis.
You will need:
- Experience working in a Marketing or Campaigns related role, retail or mobile background is desirable.
- An understanding of the various marketing channels.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Good organisation skills, with good attention to detail.
- Confident and proactive attitude.
- Experience in working within the Telecommunications or Subscription based business preferable, but not essential.
- Educated to degree level or equivalent in relevant field.
