Our director of sports and outdoor education will provide subject leadership across our academies, ensuring that every student benefits from an ambitious, knowledge-rich sports and outdoor education curriculum and a high-quality enrichment offer. The post holder will work with subject leads and senior leaders to evaluate and improve curriculum quality, build subject expertise, and increase participation and achievement in sports and outdoor education across our trust.
