Dixons Unity Academy in the United Kingdom is seeking a motivated Behaviour Support Worker to join our dedicated pastoral team. The role involves providing targeted support to students, contributing to a calm and inclusive learning environment, and assisting with behaviour management strategies across the Connect provision.
You will work three days in the Connect provision and two days supporting EHCP Intervention in the mainstream school, collaborating with teachers and leaders to promote positive behaviour.
