Our trust instruction coach will join a team of secondary instructional experts to rapidly improve the quality of teaching across our trust. The role is centred on seeing practice, naming practice and improving practice through disciplined instructional coaching, live rehearsal, subject-specific expertise and high-quality professional development. The post holder will work across academies and phases, supporting ECTs through to trust leaders, ensuring that instructional principles are understood, enacted with fidelity and translated into consistently strong classroom practice.
