Dixon International Group Ltd (DIG) is an established family business and a market leader in the construction and testing sector, based in South Cambridgeshire on a landscaped 4-acre site. Currently employing around 60 - 70 staff, we are looking to recruit someone to work alongside our Maintenance team to maintain the premises and grounds. The role is very varied and involves both indoor and outdoor working.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Someone with previous experience in a similar or comparable role.
- As the role can sometimes be physically demanding, you will need to be physically fit.
- Able to communicate at all levels and record detailed, accurate maintenance information.
- Someone who is highly motivated and a team player.
- Someone keen to learn new skills (e.g. forklift driving).
- Willing to travel and hold a full UK-valid driving licence.
What the Role Entails:
- General painting and decorating.
- General repair work (basic joinery, minor construction and plumbing etc.).
