We are seeking a full-time, on-site Sales Support Coordinator to join our team in Preston, Lancashire, within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is not a hybrid or remote working role. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting customers by identifying the best solutions for their requirements, preparing accurate quotations, and ensuring customer specifications are correctly interpreted and processed at order stage. You will act as a key point of contact throughout the customer journey, helping to deliver a professional and efficient service.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and issue accurate customer quotations in a timely manner
- Process customer orders, ensuring all details are correctly entered and confirmed within the system
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer enquiries, providing professional and responsive support
- Provide technical guidance and product recommendations to customers where required
- Communicate product availability and lead times clearly and proactively
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate customer and order information within the CRM/system
- Ensure precise order details are passed to internal fulfilment teams to support efficient delivery
- Collaborate with sales and internal support teams to resolve order queries and ensure a smooth customer experience
