The Opportunity
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) plays a key role in accelerating Dixa's growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential customers. Working closely with an assigned Account Executive, the SDR is the first point of contact for prospective customers — uncovering their challenges, communicating Dixa's value, and building a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities. This role is an excellent entry point into a career in consultative sales, with clear opportunities for growth and progression within Dixa's commercial organisation.

Requirements

  • Professional Qualifications
    • Full professional proficiency in English and German, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Prior experience in a sales, customer-facing, or outbound prospecting role is advantageous but not required.
    • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales prospecting tools (e.g. Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach) is a plus.
    • An understanding of or genuine interest in the customer service and CRM industry.
