The Sales Development Representative (SDR) plays a key role in accelerating Dixa's growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential customers. Working closely with assigned Account Executives, the SDR is the first point of contact for prospective customers — uncovering their challenges, communicating Dixa's value, and building a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities. This role is an excellent entry point into a career in consultative sales, with clear opportunities for growth and progression within Dixa's commercial organisation.
Requirements
- Full professional proficiency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- German, Spanish or Polish languages are advantageous.
- Prior experience within the DACH, Southern Europe, or Eastern European regions.
- Experience in a sales, customer-facing, or outbound prospecting role.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales prospecting tools (e.g. Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach) is a plus.
- An understanding of or genuine interest in the customer service and CRM industry, alongside AI.
