Dixa is seeking a CX Architect in the Greater London area to own the solution and onboarding for your Pod.

You will work the same territory and accounts from discovery to go-live, maintaining continuity throughout the customer journey.

You will demo, scope, run trials, and handle tough questions, delivering the solution you designed.

You’ll be the primary technical relationship across onboarding and post‑sale phases, collaborating with the CX Solution Engineering team when needed.
