Over the past 24 years, Diwan Properties Ltd has developed into a very successful property management and lettings business along with an increasingly important property procurement/development side. This side of the business leads to either additional lettable properties or properties being sold-on after refurbishment or conversion work – to maximise the potential of the property's footprint.
We are looking for a person who has a number of years experience, ideally, within the Lettings / Property Management sector, with proven client communication skills, gained from experience within a number of diverse business/client facing environments where initiative and drive have ensured client satisfaction and that deadlines are met.
The applicant, when trained, would have significant autonomy and therefore needs to be able to show where strong interpersonal skills (both written and verbal) have been a key factor in maintaining quality clients and business. Broad experience-based skills are paramount specifically relating to the preparation and analysis of spreadsheets and invoices; chasing up responses to maintain the core records of the group for submission to the accountants.
