Job Summary
We are looking for a Staff User Experience Designer to join our User Experience team. This role is ideal for a seasoned UX professional who thrives on solving complex design challenges, mentoring others in design craft, and driving high-impact work across teams. About the Role
As a Staff User Experience Designer, your primary responsibility will be to drive high-quality, user-centered design solutions across multiple teams and product areas. Specifically, your focus will be to:

Lead complex design projects that span multiple teams, domains, or platforms

Mentor and guide other designers in UX craft and execution

Partner with product and engineering leadership to shape priorities, ideas, and implementation

Advocate for design excellence, ensuring consistency, usability, and scalability across the user experience
