As People Strategist, you will act as a strategic business partner across the business to build key people initiatives and partner with leaders on day-to-day people issues while working in a growing, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be focused on understanding business priorities, our culture, and our people challenges as we scale. They will work to build solutions that enable our employees to have the most productive and satisfying work experiences of their careers. This position is planned to be a 9–12 month maternity leave cover, based out of our Belfast office, providing seamless continuity to the business we support.

- Experience coaching managers, managing challenging team dynamics, and building alignment through effective communication.

- Serve as the go-to People Strategy partner for your supported teams.
- Be the people expert, working closely with managers and leaders to grow high-performing teams.
- Partner with managers to diagnose and communicate trends around people and team issues, supporting solutions.
- Coach and support managers in performance coaching, handling difficult conversations, and employee relations challenges in compliance with local laws.
- Partner with the People Strategy leadership team to execute the employee lifecycle, including performance management, merit and bonus planning, promotions, transfers, and exits.
- Focus on building a high-performing culture of growth and development through effective leadership, communication, and feedback.
- Collaborate with the People Development team to identify L&D needs and ensure training translates to on-the-job application.
- Work with the People Strategy team and business leaders to craft impactful employee initiatives aligned with our culture and values.
- Contribute to enhancing People Strategy data analysis to understand and solve business issues.
