The Platform Services team is tasked with the architectural design, engineering, and ongoing maintenance of our Six Degrees network, which supports our Connectivity, Cloud, and Unified Communication/Voice products and revenue streams. The Network Platform Engineer plays a crucial role in delivering data networking solutions. This position requires close collaboration with product, commercial, assurance/engineering support teams, and other business units. In this capacity, you will assist sales and presales efforts, participate in customer meetings as a technical design and escalation expert, and review Statements of Work (SOWs) to ensure compliance with best practices and Six Degrees standard offerings.

As a Network Platform Engineer, you will provide technical support to current Project Network Engineers while serving as the technical lead on complex design and migration projects. To excel as a Network Platform Engineer, we expect candidates to have extensive experience and familiarity with Juniper, Fortinet, Cisco, and Palo Alto platforms, alongside a proven track record in configuring, provisioning, and troubleshooting a diverse range of technologies.
