About The Role

Division 50 is a B2B lead generation and marketing agency. We sell our own services — outbound SDR programmes, appointment‑setting, paid ads, SEO, and social media management — and we also run outsourced sales teams for clients across many different industries who hire us to handle their sales development.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and develop Division 50's own full‑cycle reps who sell our lead generation and marketing services
  • Manage the SDR pods running cold‑calling and appointment‑setting on outsourced client accounts, across many different industries
  • Set quotas, booked‑meeting targets, and revenue goals for both our own pipeline and each client
