We are recruiting for a Registered Manager to oversee a new children’s residential home in Kent, supporting young people with emotional and behavioural needs (EBD). About the Role:
As Registered Manager, you will have full operational responsibility for the home, leading a dedicated staff team and ensuring outstanding care, safeguarding, and outcomes for children and young people. You will work closely with the Responsible Individual and senior leadership, with real autonomy to shape the service.
Key Responsibilities:
