At Divine Divas, we create bespoke, transformational experiences through coaching discovery calls, photography and personalised artwork designed to leave our clients feeling empowered, confident, and uplifted long after they leave us.

We are looking for someone special to join our team as maternity cover but this could become a permanent role as a sales executive and make-up artist who can also do simple hairstyling. You will be a natural with people, confident in sales, and passionate about creating unforgettable client experiences.

About the Role

This is a dynamic, fast-paced role where no two days are the same. One moment you may be styling a client, helping them feel incredible. The next, you may be speaking to a new enquiry, building excitement, and booking them into their own Divine Divas experience. You will play a key role in both delivering the experience and booking clients. You will be based at the Divine Divas boudoir studio in Bath. On days when we have no clients you can work from home if you have your own laptop and mobile.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Providing professional make-up and hairstyling services to clients. We have one or two per day.
  • Creating a fun, uplifting, and inclusive environment.
  • Supporting clients emotionally, helping them feel confident, comfortable, and seen.
  • Managing and converting incoming enquiries into bookings.
  • Building relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Using Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms to engage and attract clients.
  • Proactively following up leads and opportunities.
  • Taking initiative to support the team and business growth.
  • Working in a fast-paced environment where flexibility and energy are key.

If you only want to do make-up, this isn’t the role for you. As a small business, we all have multiple roles and booking and nurturing clients is something we all do.

Experience (Flexible)

We care more about who you are than where you’ve worked, but you may have:

  • Experience on a make-up counter (highly relevant).
  • A background in beauty, retail, or client-facing roles.
  • Experience in sales or customer service.
  • Social media confidence (or willingness to learn).

Working Pattern

Primarily Monday to Friday 8.45-17.30.
