Overview
Business Travel Consultant (Out of Hours) role at Diversity Travel. This position is an evening/out-of-hours role with a 4 on / 4 off shift pattern (9pmβ7am) and may include midweek and weekend shifts. It is a home-based role (UK) serving Not-for-Profit, Academic and Charity clients, booking flights, hotels and car hire, and providing visa travel advice.

Responsibilities
- Provide excellent service to Not-for-Profit, Academic and Charity clients by booking flights, hotels and car hire, and advising on travel visas.
- Handle high volumes of email and phone requests; process complex travel bookings efficiently.
- Utilize reservations and fare knowledge gained within a TMC environment to meet individual and team targets.
Working pattern and location
- Evenings / Out of Hours: 9pm to 7am, 4 on / 4 off shift, with a 1-hour break.
- Additional midweek and weekend shifts may apply; average ~34.25 hours per week, with times between 7amβ9pm where flexible.
- Home-based (UK) role with potential for a combination of office and home working.
Job Requirements
- A passion for travel with energy and self-motivation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; confident dealing with clients by phone and email.
- Experience handling high volumes of email and call requests and processing complex travel bookings.
- Previous experience as a Business Travel Consultant.
- Good CRS knowledge; Galileo preferred.
- Ability to achieve individual and team targets.
Benefits
- Base salary up to Β£34k (dependent on experience), plus OTE up to Β£4k.
- 31.5 days holiday (including bank holidays), rising to 32.5 days after 1 year of service.
