With offices in the UK, Europe and USA, we are a growing Travel Management Company specialising in the charity, academic and not-for-profit sectors, and we are proud and passionate about what we do. Our Operations Team provide a high-level service to Academic and Charity clients to support them in their vital work around the globe.
We are currently recruiting for Dutch-speakers to join the team and are interested in applications from experienced Business Travel Consultants. You will receive comprehensive training covering all elements of the role including our reservations systems and processes.

Requirements:
- Fluent in Dutch and English (both written and spoken) is essential
- A passion for travel with demonstrable energy and self-motivation
- Experience dealing with high volumes of email and call requests processing complex travel bookings
- Previous experience working as a Business Travel Consultant
- Experience of Nett fares, including air passes
- Good GDS knowledge - Galileo preferable but training can be given
- The ability to achieve individual and team targets

Hours of work are 8.45am - 5.30pm (1 week), 8am - 4.45pm (1 week), 7am - 3.45pm (1 week) Monday – Friday, and your rota will involve one weekend day every six weeks (with a day off in lieu midweek). The role may be based at either our central Manchester office on a hybrid pattern (3 days in the office), or from home (UK).
