DiversITy-Talent in the West Midlands is hiring an entry-level Programme and Delivery Associate to help run DVITT sessions across schools, colleges, partner offices and community venues. You will learn on the job with strong guidance from our leadership team and gain real planning, delivery and progress-tracking experience. No prior programme-running experience is required. You will be supported to grow into more senior roles as you build experience with us, developing skills and confidence.
