Wolfson College, University of Oxford, is seeking an experienced Estates Manager to lead planned and unplanned maintenance and new works across a Grade 2 listed estate.
Reporting to the Home Bursar, you will guide a team of 4 and serve as the main interface with contractors to deliver projects on time and within budget.
You will drive compliance with health and safety, manage budgets, and contribute to capital works while maintaining a safe, functional environment for the College community.
