Peabody is seeking a Head of Homeownership Support Hub to lead a newly created team and set the vision, culture and standards across 25,000+ homeowners.

You will build and shape a hybrid team of 17, delivering expert frontline advice across phone, email and webform.

You’ll drive continuous improvement, own resident satisfaction, and collaborate with homeownership groups and senior leaders to shape strategy and service design.
