Westminster City Council is seeking a Health & Safety Standards Development Lead to review and strengthen the council’s health and safety management systems.
You will work with senior colleagues to design improvements and set occupational standards that enhance risk reduction and safety culture across over 3,600 staff.
You will balance complex safety risks with compliance obligations, deliver a human-centred approach, and help implement ISO standards (45001, 31000, 22320, 43001).
