The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 £ per year.
The Ideal candidate will assist the Property and ECO Division and perform a wide range of energy consultancy work, which will include but are not limited to:
- Carry out Retrofit Surveys and EPC Surveys throughout Scotland
- Organise and process relevant paperwork back to the Property Team
- Follow up existing appointments
- Provide excellent customer service to existing and new customers
Key Skills & Experience Required
- Construction background preferred
- DEA qualified if possible
- IT skills including the use of Word, Excel and Outlook, ability to use an iPad
- Ability to interpret schematic drawings and draw their own floorplans
- Be able to identify any building defects such as mould, damp etc.
- Knowledge and understanding of different types of heating systems and ventilation systems
- Knowledge of construction would be desirable but not essential as full training will be given
- Good interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Excellent typing or word processing abilities
- Ability to work on their own
- Willing to travel – the candidate may require travelling and overnight stays, flexibility is essential
- Must be willing to undertake the DEA and Retrofit Course if required to become fully qualified
- This position has the scope for career progression to a Retrofit Coordinator and Retrofit Designer.
