We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual for the role of Transport Technician (Street Lighting) based at Bankhead Roads Depot, within the Roads and Infrastructure function of Operational Services. The post is a key position within the Road and Infrastructure function of Operational Services.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage street lighting maintenance and improvement projects.
  • Deliver complex projects on budget and to challenging deadlines.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with a diverse range of people and organisations, including senior colleagues across the Council, elected members, external contractors, public utility companies and the general public.

  • Extensive experience and a proven track record of delivering complex projects on budget and to challenging deadlines.
