EELs are allocated to identified settings and work directly with children. On-going high-quality CLPL supports intervention work that improves outcomes for our youngest learners. Qualifications & Checks

  • Degree within early years or working towards a degree qualification.
  • Regulated work with children and/or protected adults under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007.
  • Candidate required to join or update a PVG Scheme.
  • Overseas Criminal Record Check required if continuous out-of-UK period of 3 months or more in the last 5 years.
  • Offer of employment contingent on satisfactory pre-employment checks.
