Senior Creative Producer (Film & Photography) – the creative lead responsible for defining and championing UNICEF UK’s approach to visual storytelling. Lead a talented team of filmmakers and photographers, setting the vision, standards and creative direction for film and photography across the organisation, creating powerful, audience‑led content that inspires action and strengthens our impact for children.
Responsibilities
- Define and champion UNICEF UK’s vision and strategy for visual storytelling.
- Lead and inspire a creative team of filmmakers and photographers.
- Set and maintain creative standards and direction for film and photography projects.
- Provide strategic creative leadership across the organisation.
- Oversee complex UK and international productions.
- Champion innovation, safeguarding and inclusive storytelling.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience as a creative leader delivering outstanding film and photography content in an agency or in‑house environment.
- Proven track record of producing high‑impact visual stories that drive audience engagement.
- Strong leadership experience managing creative teams.
- Deep understanding of visual storytelling, audience engagement and content production.
- Passion for inclusive storytelling and ethical content creation.
- Ability to translate insight, strategy and organisational objectives into compelling creative work.
- Experience leading international productions, managing external partners and driving creative innovation.
