The Housing Service is offering an excellent opportunity to join our team as a Property Inspector. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality repairs to our Council homes. Our team of Property Inspectors play a key part in verifying that repairs, maintenance, and capital works meet the Council's lettable standards.
The position involves a diverse range of responsibilities, including housing repair specification work and on-site inspections to ensure maintenance is carried out to a high standard.
