We are excited to offer Post Graduate Teaching Apprenticeships (PGTA) starting September 2026 at Bromley Schools' Collegiate. This apprenticeship programme provides a unique opportunity for individuals to gain Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) while earning a salary. Apprentices will be part of our highly successful teacher training programme and will work towards achieving QTS, with the End-Point Assessment (EPA) taking place in September 2027.
Course Overview
The PGTA at Bromley Schools' Collegiate follows a similar structure to our long-established Salaried ITT programme, which has been successful for many years. Apprentices receive high-quality training and classroom experience, including two placements in contrasting schools to develop a broad and balanced perspective on teaching. Training begins in September 2026 and concludes in July 2027, with a recommendation for QTS. The EPA will take place in September 2027, assessing each apprentice’s readiness to qualify as a teacher.
