Salary: £30,188 – £34,452

Hours: 36 per week, 52 weeks

Working times: Monday – Friday

  • Week One: 07:00 – 15:00
  • Week Two: 13:00 – 21:00

Driving licence essential. We are looking for a Facilities Technician Supervisor to join our city-wide team. Shifts will be pro‑rated. At times the successful candidate will need to be flexible with working hours.

The role involves managing a number of buildings and overseeing Janitorial staff. Responsibilities include:

  • Staff supervision
  • Auditing
  • Providing high-quality customer service
  • Problem solving

Experience in IT equipment and software packages is essential. Staff supervision experience is required. Auditing and customer service experience is preferred.

The candidate must join the PVG Scheme or use an updated check. Those who have spent a continuous period of 3 months or more abroad in the last 5 years must provide an Overseas Criminal Record Check.
