It powers growth of revenues, fanbases and IP for more than 200 federations, associations, events, and teams, including the National Football League, English Premier League, International Olympic Committee, National Hockey League, Major League Soccer, ATP and WTA Tours, the AELTC (Wimbledon), Euroleague Basketball, CONMEBOL, DP World Tour, and The R&A, as well as UFC, WWE, and PBR.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- You will be directly responsible for assisting the SVP in devising, and delivering, a multi-year strategy and plan for the content partnerships arm of the world’s most prestigious sports marketing business.
- Lead full P&L, Finance and Strategy of global programmatic business.
- Lead ad product roadmap and development.
- With supporting P&L, build a team, optimise processes and deliver measurable results.
- Grow revenues organically within 12 months.
- You will lead sections of expertise within IMG, in order to contribute to the leadership team’s ability to transform our business, the parent organisation and the wider sport industry’s approach to digital.
- You will oversee the delivery of projects to the highest digital, content, marketing and commercial industry standards.
- You will be able to set, and help deliver, key performance indicators and model growth for IMG.
- You will be part of the leadership team in Global Partnerships and therefore responsible for leading, managing and inspiring our team, assisting across multiple divisions with cross levels, and overseeing client deliverables.
- You will be an ambassador for IMG within the sports industry, developing and maximising an external profile for the benefit of the company, and also within IMG, leading the digitization of the wider business – building a digitally native narrative in the organization.
Knowledge and Experience:
- Significant experience in the digital, network and mobile ad tech, publisher and brand space.
- Previous experience in, and a passion for, the digital sports industry.
- Digital commercial background.
- Professional, advanced working knowledge of digital platforms including analytics and data.
- You will have proven credentials in Product, P&L, Strategy and Commercial Revenue.
- Delivered $10Ms revenue within ad tech.
- Must have led Product Management for a programmatic business.
- Very strong experience in programmatic advertising.
- Operations focus in driving business efficiency and growth.
- Highly analytical and insights driven.
- Experience in, and knowledge of, digital content marketing.
- Experience of setting and delivering strategy.
- Proven experience of driving revenue and EBITDA performance.
- Rich client experience and excellent network in tech and/or sports.
- Proven track record of representing a business externally (with clients, partners and the wider industry).
- Leadership experience – including managing other senior figures in a business and growing and scaling teams.
- Industry leadership – the sports industry will look to you, and your public profile, to help it understand and decode tech trends and the future of the sector.

- Advanced user of Microsoft Office, in particular statistical manipulation in Excel, PowerPoint.
- Confident using Google Analytics, Facebook Insights and other digital tracking tools to create insights.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to deal effectively with people at all levels.
- Good understanding of user experience, user-centred design and information architecture.
Working Conditions:
- This is a permanent position.
- This role will be based at Chiswick Park, London.
- Working hours are 9:00 – 17:00, Monday to Friday.
- May be required to attend (and travel to) locations, including other IMG buildings and meetings.
- Unsocial hours may be required, as dictated by the demands of the business schedule.
- Adapting to use of new systems and technology where appropriate.
