What You’ll Do:

We are seeking an experienced, globally minded Senior Manager, Benefits – EMEA and APAC to support the global benefits strategy and lead the design and execution of employee benefits programs across EMEA and APAC. This position is a member of the Benefits leadership team, partners closely with the VP, Global Benefits, and contributes to global benefits strategy development. The role owns regional and country-level benefits planning and execution, including compliance and employee experience, ensuring programs align with TKO’s Benefits guiding principles (well-being driven, affordable, accessible, and customizable). This role balances global consistency with local market relevance, serving as an advisor and partner to local HR, Finance, and business leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the annual global benefits strategy and planning process as a member of the Benefits Leadership Team.
  • Lead regional (UK, EMEA, APAC) benefits planning and execution, aligned to the global strategy and principles.
  • Provide regional insight, benchmarking, and recommendations to support program design and decision-making.
  • Own the day-to-day management and execution of UK benefits programs, including plan administration, annual enrollment, employee support, and vendor performance.
  • Recommend program design, cost management, and enhancements for the UK market.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for UK employee issues and vendor matters, resolving or elevating as appropriate.
  • Support and oversee benefits execution across ~15 countries in EMEA and APAC, in partnership with local HR teams and external vendors.
  • Ensure consistent delivery of key activities including enrollment, employee support, compliance coordination, and vendor management.
  • Manage global broker relationship, ensuring service delivery meets expectations and aligns with global standards.
  • Oversee local compliance activities, including statutory requirements, filings, and audits, in partnership with Legal and external advisors.
  • Own UK benefits invoice processing and reconciliation, including coordination with vendors and Finance, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and issue resolution.
  • Support a consistent, positive employee benefits experience, from onboarding through annual enrollment and throughout the year.
  • Manage one direct report, providing coaching, guidance, and development support.

You Have These:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; professional certification a plus.
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in UK benefits, and direct experience in multiple international markets.
  • Interest in or experience using AI-enabled tools to improve benefits operations, reporting, employee experience, or vendor management is a plus.
  • Experience operating in a global, matrixed environment, balancing global strategy with local execution.
  • Strong vendor management and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present to audiences at all levels.
  • Experience with HRIS and benefits administration platforms (Workday preferred).
  • Managerial experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
