Overview
We are seeking an individual who has experience of working with, or alongside, the public and private sector with a good understanding of the differences in their perspectives and values. You will join the Business Engagement team at a crucial time for London’s business community, and will play a key role in helping the Mayor’s Office to build and maintain effective relationships with key private sector contacts and leading employers; supporting businesses to recover from the Covid-19 pandemic. You will manage business engagement activities through building relationships with business, planning and delivering projects and events, gathering intelligence about the needs and key issues facing the capital’s businesses and delivering business-facing campaigns.
Location & Working
This role will be based at London Fire Brigade’s Head Office (Union Street SE1 0LL). GLA staff are hybrid working up to 3 days a week in our offices and remotely depending on their role. You will need to split your time between home working and coming into the office.
