As Acacia’s People & Culture (HR) Manager you will manage a small team that oversees all human resources requirements for our workforce of circa 200 employees. This will include:
- Recruitment
- Employee relations
- Training & development
- Payroll budgets
- GDPR
- Employee engagement
- And much more
You will lead company culture and positive change through the promotion of Acacia’s employer brand, driving our wellbeing strategy and maximising team investment and participation.
You will have excellent HR experience with CIPD accreditation. You will be a skilled creative thinker with great interpersonal skills. You will have an engaging personality; you will be a credible leader with empathy and an ability to build relationships based upon integrity. You will be a motivator, a great listener and communicator, skilled in influencing through knowledge, experience, and respect with a pragmatic approach to problem solving.
