We are looking for a trustee with broad experience in the public or voluntary sectors with particular expertise in services for older people or a transferable area and preferably with lived experience of the issues older people face.
You will have:
- A background in service transformation
- A passion about Independent Age and our mission and purpose
- Experience in volunteering
- Community background
- Commissioning knowledge will be useful but not essential
Four to five trustee meetings and an annual away day are held during the year plus a further four meetings as part of the Services and Policy Committee.
