You will be a strong communicator, both orally and with excellent report writing skills. You will also have the ability to use data, audience knowledge and insight to develop key messages and coordinate activity across the organisation. A strong record of building relationships with key external stakeholders will be an advantage, as in this role you will develop alliances and partnerships and manage some social media influencer relationships.

You will provide day-to-day operational cover across all of BEO's social media accounts ensuring a strong presence for the organisation, feeding back on intelligence gathered or reactive opportunities. Strong attention to detail and accuracy under pressure are essential. Experience of working in the voluntary sector or in a social change role would be an advantage but is not essential.

You will be part of the growing Communications Team, which comprises BEO's press office, digital communications, social media and campaigns functions. There will be opportunities for you to work with teams across the organisation and with key stakeholders. It's a dynamic time for BEO and we hope you consider joining us on this journey.
