We are looking for a trustee with broad experience in the public or voluntary sectors with particular expertise in services for older people or a transferable area and preferably with lived experience of the issues older people face.

You will have:

  • A background in service transformation
  • A passion about Independent Age and our mission and purpose
  • Experience in volunteering
  • Community background
  • Commissioning knowledge will be useful but not essential

Four to five trustee meetings and an annual away day are held during the year plus a further four meetings as part of the Services and Policy Committee.

The closing date for this role is 2nd November 2022.
