Static Light Company Ltd is one of the UK’s leading independent event lighting solutions providers. Our speciality is supplying lighting equipment solutions and production for the entertainment, event and exhibition industry both in the UK and worldwide.

The role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Project Coordinator working in direct collaboration with the Project Manager. Experience in the entertainment industry is preferred, a genuine interest in event lighting is necessary. We welcome candidates from all backgrounds. The position is based in our offices in Harlow which are interconnected with our warehouse and showroom.

Skills & experience

  • Industry knowledge and experience working in live events
  • An established wealth of lighting equipment knowledge
  • Competent in using a rental stock management system
  • Proven experience interpreting plots
  • Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Intermediate knowledge of office suite
  • Ability to work overtime when required
  • Organisation and time management
  • Positive “can do” attitude

We are based in CM19 5TR and you must be able to commute to Harlow; we have free parking on site. The ideal candidate must be flexible around working hours as this role will require weekend work and overtime.

Salary £27 - £30K Negotiable depending on experience.
