Disability Rights UK (DR UK) is excited to launch our Disabled People's Organisations (DPO) Capacity Building Programme. This three-year project, kindly funded by the Legal Education Foundation, enables us to recruit a DPO Development Manager to deliver the work. The chosen candidate will join DR UK at an exciting time for us. In 2022, we celebrate ten years of strengthening the voices of Disabled people. This role, and the work it will deliver, align perfectly with our strategic position within the DPO sector, and our plans for the next ten years!

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive individual with a flair for partnership working, ideally with lived and/or professional experience of disability. The successful individual will work closely with our Head of Advice & Information to nurture existing relationships, and build new ones, through helping DPOs identify their key strengths and opportunities for growth and sustainability. We particularly welcome applicants from a BAME background.
