Location: The role is based at our office in Bankside. We operate a hybrid model with time split between working at Bankside or other locations across the region and home.

About the Role: The DEI Director, UK Market is an exciting new leadership opportunity to mobilise change, build on strong foundations and accelerate progress for the future. The post holder will take a transformative and collaborative approach in designing, developing and implementing a strategic DEI plan that will ensure OMG’s vision benefits all people in the workplace, client base and the wider industry. The primary focus will be on building an inclusive culture that welcomes diversity and is founded on principles of equity. The post holder will work directly with the Group and Agency Leadership teams, partner closely with the People Teams and build strong relationships with the eight employee resource groups (ERG’s) to drive the DEI Strategy for OMG UK and OMG’s UK-based international teams. You will be accountable for shaping and leading the DEI strategy that combines and builds on the foundations of the Group.

In this transformative and vital role, you will:

  • Create a clear and actionable DEI strategy that builds on what has been implemented already and brings together all the different strands of success to date.
  • Work closely with the DEI ERGs to advise and guide focus towards areas of greatest priority, monitor the use of budgets and facilitate initiatives that have intersectionality.
  • Partner with agencies to set, maintain, monitor and report clear KPIs around diversity at all levels, with an extra focus on the senior-level representation.

You will also be able to draw upon and use your lived experience to educate and inspire others (Race, socio-economic, disability or other) to work towards inclusive and equitable work cultures where everyone is welcome, and no-one is left behind.
