We’re seeking a motivated Technical Service Representative to support paper mills across Kent. This is a fantastic opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals eager to gain hands-on experience in industrial chemical engineering while building strong customer relationships in the pulp and paper sector.
What You’ll Do- Provide technical advice and on-site support to paper mills
- Optimise chemical solutions, troubleshoot production issues, and implement data-driven improvements
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, delivering exceptional service
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and sustainability
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent service and product delivery
- Support business growth through trusted technical expertise
- You’re curious, proactive, and enjoy solving technical problems. You may be a recent graduate or someone with early production/process support experience.
- Degree (or equivalent) in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Microbiology, or related field
- Interest in industrial processes and applied chemistry
- Strong communication skills and confidence working with customers
- Organised, self-motivated, and able to manage your own workload
- Willing to travel across Kent (and occasionally further)
- Full UK driving license required (company vehicle provided)
