TASKI Team Manager to lead, develop, and inspire our engineering team while driving operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

About the Role

As the

TASKI Team Manager , you will be responsible for leading and supporting the TASKI engineering team through coaching, training, mentoring, and performance management.

You will ensure the delivery of high-quality technical service to both internal and external customers while driving efficiency, productivity, and service excellence.

Working closely with Technical Customer Service, Planning, and Global Technical Support teams, you will help establish best practices, optimize resources, and achieve key business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership & Team Development
  • Lead, coach, mentor, and develop the TASKI engineering team.
  • Set clear performance standards and foster a culture of service excellence.
  • Manage recruitment activities and support onboarding of new team members.
  • Identify development opportunities and create growth plans for team members.
  • Effectively manage team performance and resolve conflict constructively.
  • Operational Excellence
  • Align resources to achieve business goals and customer commitments.
  • Take ownership of team performance, outcomes, and results.
  • Work closely with Planning teams to maximise efficiency and productivity.
  • Promote and monitor the use of remote diagnostics and remote fix solutions.
  • Source and manage contractors to ensure OTIF (On Time In Full) and quality targets are achieved.
  • Technical & Business Management
  • Monitor stock levels and reorder points (ROPs) within Amber Park.
  • Support the Technical Customer Service Lead with operational and technical activities.
  • Liaise with Global Technical Support (GTS) to ensure technical updates, new products, and spare parts information are effectively communicated and trained into the team.
  • Analyse KPIs, budgets, and business performance data, implementing action plans to drive continuous improvement.
