These technologies are used by customers to improve operational efficiencies, enhance product quality, protect plant assets, minimise environmental impact, and create cleaner and safer environments.

The Corporate Project Manager designs and implements programmes that support the development of future Commercial Account Managers (CAMs) in line with organisational strategy. Consults with management on planning, development and evaluation of initiatives while coordinating activities related to project execution, performance appraisal, and career development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects across countries and at regional (EMEA) level
  • Support business growth through new initiatives, value creation and continuous improvement programmes
  • Track and drive value-based projects, ensuring delivery against objectives and timelines
  • Maintain structured project documentation and reporting standards
  • Collaborate closely with CAMs, acting as a key support partner to enhance strategic focus
  • Engage with senior stakeholders and multiple functions across the organisation
  • Contribute ideas for process optimisation and organisational improvement
  • Act as a strong team player within the broader commercial group
  • Work on high-impact projects involving key customers and strategic accounts
  • Exposure to senior leadership and European-level stakeholders
  • Opportunity to interact across countries and functions
  • Contribute to initiatives within FABS and other critical business areas
Requirements
  • Early-career professional with strong development potential

  • Willingness to travel up to 50% (not on a weekly basis)
