Field Service Representative

Overview

Sales Excellence: Drive new business and build lasting relationships with key strategic and national accounts.

Consultative Selling: Promote our advanced cleaning and hygiene technologies, identifying customer needs and offering tailored solutions.

Customer Support: Provide ongoing support to existing customers, ensuring satisfaction and fostering loyalty.

Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to align sales strategies and achieve team objectives.

Reporting: Track your activities and sales performance using Salesforce (Youreka).

Qualifications

• Proven experience in field sales, business development, or customer-facing roles.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive, target-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales goals.
• Technical aptitude and ability to understand and promote complex products.
• A full UK driving license is essential.
• Experience in the cleaning & hygiene industry or related sectors is a plus.
