Overview
Our client is seeking a skilled Content Writer to research, structure, and create user-centred content across multiple channels, including websites, email campaigns, advertising, social media, and print. This role requires a collaborative professional who can work closely with marketing, UX, design, and subject matter experts to deliver impactful content that drives engagement and supports the organisation’s mission.
The position offers hybrid working, with the expectation of attending the office twice per month. It is available as a full-time, 12-month fixed-term contract, though part-time applicants (minimum 3 days per week) are also encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Research, write, and edit high-quality content across digital and print platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, design, and subject experts
- Apply content design best practices to ensure user-centred and accessible outputs
- Use data, evidence, and insights to inform content strategies and optimise performance
- Facilitate workshops to map user journeys and review content effectiveness
- Champion best practices in content design and user engagement
Requirements
- Proven track record in copywriting or substantial editorial experience
- Strong knowledge of content design principles and best practices
- Experience creating user journey maps and applying insights to content development
- Confidence in running workshops and leading discussions around content strategy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities
- Hybrid working model with office attendance required twice monthly
- Flexible working arrangements, including the option of part-time (minimum 0.6 FTE)
