Overview
Our client is seeking a Stakeholder Engagement and Briefing Transformation Lead to join the Chief Executive’s Office during a pivotal period of organisational change. This strategic role offers the opportunity to design and implement a new Briefing Hub—a central engine for strategic thinking, impactful communications, and high-quality stakeholder engagement.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional with executive-level briefing, speechwriting, and stakeholder management expertise to influence how the organisation communicates with clarity, authority, and purpose.
Responsibilities
- Establish and lead the Briefing Hub, driving transformation in executive-level communications.
- Design and implement best-in-class processes for briefings and speeches, enhancing messaging consistency and impact.
- Collaborate across teams to improve coordination, creativity, and strategic alignment.
- Shape stakeholder engagement strategies, ensuring bold, effective communication with government, cultural leaders, and key partners.
- Deliver high-quality, influential reports, speeches, and materials for executive and external audiences.
- Strengthen the organisation’s voice by ensuring communications are clear, purposeful, and aligned with corporate objectives.
Requirements
- Extensive experience writing briefings, speeches, and reports at executive level.
- Strong track record in managing complex projects.
- Proven stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence, negotiate, and collaborate effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong digital and analytical capability, including data evaluation and presentation.

Location & Contract
Location: Flexible across UK offices (with some London office presence required)
Contract: Full-time, 12-month fixed-term
