This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone with software development knowledge to deepen their experience in quality assurance within complex engineering and regulated environments.What You\’ll Be DoingPerforming a dedicated software quality role across a range of development projectsDeveloping and implementing internal Software Quality Assurance (SQA) strategies, including auditing and compliance processesGenerating and managing Software Quality PlansPlanning, conducting, reporting, and communicating internal software audit findingsIdentifying root causes of non-compliance and overseeing implementation of corrective and preventative actionsProviding ongoing SQA support to project teams according to project-specific SQA plansEssential Skills and ExperienceStrong understanding of software development lifecycles and associated quality assurance principlesExcellent communication skills to effectively deliver and discuss audit outcomesDemonstrated ability to investigate root causes and implement preventative actionsExperience with quality standards in aerospace or defence (e.g. RTCA DO-178, EN9100, AS9100, AS9145)Exposure to complex electronics hardware development (e.g. DO-254)Familiarity with hardware quality processes such as First Article Inspections (FAIs)Experience in validation or review activities within a regulated environmentOur client offers a range of competitive benefits, including:Pension scheme with employer contributionsEnhanced annual leaveCompany-contributed Share Incentive PlanFlexible working arrangementsEmployee assistance programmeEligibility for annual performance incentivesAbout the TeamYou\’ll be joining a collaborative Quality Assurance team that is driving internal software QA strategies across development projects.
