A leading international law firm is seeking a highly organised and proactive Learning & Development Coordinator to join its London office. This is an excellent opportunity for an L&D professional looking to develop their career within a high-performing professional services environment. Working closely with the Learning & Development team, you will support the delivery of training programmes, coordinate learning initiatives, manage training logistics, and help ensure an exceptional learning experience for employees across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and administer learning and development programmes.
  • Schedule training sessions, workshops and professional development events.
  • Manage training records and learning management systems.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external training providers.
  • Monitor attendance, evaluations and training effectiveness.
  • Prepare learning materials, reports and communications.
  • Support onboarding, professional development and talent initiatives.

About You

  • Previous experience within Learning & Development, Training, HR or Talent Development.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and learning technologies.
  • Experience within legal services, professional services or a corporate environment is advantageous.
