A leading law firm is looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join its People team on an initial six-month contract. This is a great opportunity to take on a varied and hands-on advisory role within a professional, fast-paced environment. You will work closely with managers and employees across the firm, providing practical HR guidance and supporting the delivery of a high-quality people service.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Providing advice and guidance on employee relations matters
- Supporting managers with performance, absence, conduct and capability issues
- Managing HR cases from initial advice through to resolution
- Advising on firm policies, procedures and employment best practice
